Indianapolis will once again celebrate love and inclusion when the Indy Pride Parade and Festival return on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Organizers say this year’s event highlights “Queer Joy” and the connections forged through community pride. The annual Pride Parade steps off downtown the morning of June 13 and winds its way toward Military Park. Expect a lively procession of floats, marching bands, businesses and nonprofits from across the region showing support for central Indiana’s LGBTQ+ community.

Headliners and entertainment

The 2026 festival lineup has something for everyone. Headliners Todrick Hall, Crystal Waters, Brooke Eden, Ciara Myst and ballroom performers will take the main stage at Military Park throughout the afternoon and evening. A kickoff concert is scheduled for Friday, June 12 at the Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park, giving fans another chance to see national acts under the downtown skyline. In addition to music, look for drag performances, dance showcases and educational programming that highlight queer artistry and history.

Festival layout and tickets

The festival grounds stretch across Military Park and portions of White River State Park, with vendor booths, food trucks, beverage gardens and community resource tents. General admission is free, but organizers offer VIP tickets and private cabanas for attendees seeking shade and prime stage views. Tickets can be purchased on the official Indy Pride website, and proceeds help fund year-round programming and scholarships.

What to bring and know

Pride is a family-friendly event, but attendees should come prepared for summer weather. Pack sunscreen, refillable water bottles and comfortable shoes. Outside food and drink are prohibited, but there will be plenty of local vendors to sample. Note that the festival footprint is alcohol-licensed, so ID may be required for beverage purchases. Pets are not permitted due to crowd size and noise levels.

Transportation and parking

Parking downtown can fill quickly on festival weekend. Consider using IndyGo bus routes, rideshares or biking via the Cultural Trail and Monon Trail to reach Military Park. If you plan to drive, arrive early or park in a downtown garage and walk. Accessible parking will be available near the park; check the Indy Pride website for a full map of entrances and mobility accommodations.

More Pride events around town

Indy Pride hosts dozens of events throughout June leading up to the festival, including the Pet Pride celebration, Deaf Pride, health fairs, and drag brunches. Neighborhood bars and venues also hold themed parties all month long. Stay tuned to The Indy Observer and Indy Pride’s social media channels for schedules and updates.
